What if the thing you’ve been trying to fix doesn’t mean what you think it means?

I examine the structure beneath persistent patterns, decisions, relationships, and the things about yourself you can’t quite explain.

Patterns leave evidence.
Evidence reveals structure.

You can spend years “working on yourself” because you’ve been given well-formed, reasonable explanations for what needs to change and how to change it.

You need better boundaries. More confidence. More discipline. You haven’t healed it yet. You’re afraid. You’re self-sabotaging. You need to let go.

Maybe.

Before we decide that’s what something means, I want to know more.

Sometimes the problem isn’t the pattern. It’s the explanation you’ve been using to understand it.

This is where I come in.

Let’s stop the “fixing” and examine the structure together.

Ways in

Spend time with the work.

You can begin by spending time inside the monthly energetic environment, or bring me something specific and let me turn my attention toward you.

The Undercurrent

A monthly audio experience exploring what the lunar cycle is putting into the energetic environment, how those pressures may meet different structures, and a Working with the energy body for the month ahead.

A Session

Seventy-five minutes. You bring me the thing you can’t quite make sense of and I look at what’s underneath it.

We spend the final part of our time making what we find useful in your actual life. Your session is recorded so you can return to it.

The work

I don’t work from a single explanation.

A good session makes the complicated thing simpler.

Depending on what you bring me, I may look at formation through NiZu, examine your energetic blueprint and design, or engage directly with the energy body itself.

I’m not interested in making your experience fit a framework. I use the lens that helps me see what is actually there.

The point is not to give you more information about yourself. It is to find the explanation that changes what you can see.

What I have found

Session records

Read the records

Record 96 · Male, fifties

Came for lower back pain that had been investigated and never explained. What I found sat higher than the pain: a calcified object lodged in the left scapula, ammonite in shape, with the features of an infant.

He knew what it was before I finished describing it.

Record 51 · Male, thirties

Came unable to move on anything. Behind the heart was an old radio, still connected, playing a recording on a loop.

The recording said: Who do you think you are?

Record 103 · Female, thirties

Came about a pattern in her family she could not get out from under. I found a dagger, placed rather than fallen, with an initial worked into the handle.

She recognized the initial immediately. It did not belong to her.

NiZu

A body of work

I was trying to explain something I kept seeing.

NiZu emerged from my attempt to understand why certain patterns repeat so consistently, and why the obvious solution often does not change them.

It examines differences in formation and the structural relationship between what formed and what did not form in the same way.

What began as a way of understanding persistent patterns has become something larger: a way of looking at how a person naturally begins, moves, and integrates experience.

From my notes

I did not set out to build my own methods, or a system of any kind. I was trying to explain something I was seeing and realizing through the work.

A private session

Bring me the thing that doesn’t make sense.

We do not have to begin by deciding what is wrong with it. We can begin by looking.
