Every month, I look at the energies activated by the current lunar environment and follow them into everyday life: the things you keep doing, the desires you keep explaining away, the roles that fit until they suddenly don’t.
I’ll fill you in on the questions our environment is raising and give you my take on what might help you work with it. Or at least survive the weather.
The Monthly is where I bring you into my investigative process. You can listen, disagree, recognize yourself, or notice something I haven’t named. I am not your guru, and this is not a monthly prescription for how to live. I’ll tell you what I see and what I think it might mean. Then I want you to take those questions into your own life, play with them, and find out what is true for you.

The Environment
What is being stirred up this month? I look at the lunar placements, the questions they raise, and why the same pressure might land differently in different lives.
The Inquiries
We follow those questions into the places people actually live: relationships, work, identity, decisions, habits, and the stories we tell about ourselves. This is where a familiar explanation might start to come apart.
The Working
I invite your energy body into the inquiry. This is the experiential part of the audio. You might notice something surprising, something subtle, or something you don’t have words for yet. There is no particular result you need to produce.
Take what stays with you
You can listen straight through, pause when a question catches you, or come back to The Working later. Each month also comes with a companion piece. It might be a card, another audio, a small guide, or something else that belongs with that month’s inquiry.
